Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and National institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) and Asian Disaster Reduction Center (ADRC) conduct a communication experiment.
They transmit video signal and position data where they shoot to the disaster reduction center by way of Communication Satellite from the aircraft This experiment is for clearly grasp the present situation during disaster and forms a part of I-Space utilization experiment campaign.
