Antarctica Project
We ferried our G-II to Russian Novolazarevskaya airport in Antarctica via South Africa for taking high-vision TV photograph of Total eclipse. This is the first case to land at Antarctica by Japanese Jet aircraft. In November 24th 2003, we are favored by a good weather condition on that day. We successfully shooting total eclipse by high-vision camera and simultaneously broadcast to JAPAN by NHK via Satellite.

PALAU Project
For researching structure and function of cumulus cloud convection on the warm sea by understanding rain fall process and interaction between air-mass and sea-surface, Japan Agency for Marine-earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) conduct observation flight in tropical regions. We ferry our G-II to Republic of PALAU to conduct simultaneous observation with observation ship メMIRAIモ by using dropping radio-sonde and cloud radar at vicinity of equator.

PALAU : Pacific Area Long-term Atmospheric observation for Understanding of climate change
PEASE Project
Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) conducting various observation flights for estimating fluctuation of atmospheric environment by studying the transfer process and chemical reaction process of the air-mass containing Ozone. This project is a part of International experiment campaign and attract a great deal of attention.

PEACE : Pacific Exploration of Asian Continental Emission
Weather Observation Project
We operate weather observation flight such as study of the part of cloud activity in the transportation and change its nature of substance in the air mass and observation of kinetic constructions of sea air for the study of meso-scale rainfall system. For this flight we install the Cloud particle counter, Gust probe, Microwave emission sounder, Due-point temperature sensor, and INS on the air-observation style aircraft and got many data in the experimental flight.
Peace 7 Project
As a part of campaign "study of effect of the air substance to the global earth warming", our G-II observed distribution and change its nature map of aerosol flew from Asian continent in the west Pacific Ocean from Alaska, Okinawa, Iwo-jima, as far as SAIPAN area.
Artificial snow fall Project
To avoid the water shortage in the summer season, artificial snowfall experiment on the mountainous dam in the winter is important. For study on orographic snow cloud modification by seeding, we observed basic data for snowfall mechanism. At the same time we scattered dry-ice and studied the effect of snow nucleus creation.
AAMP Project
On the Arctic Circle that climate change is remarkable, We installed air observation equipment on G-II and flew to study the air trajectory and substance transfer between the stratosphere and troposphere.
On this experiment we flew Kamchatka peninsula, Alaska and Spitsbergen island of Norway by way of North Pole.
Cloud Radar Project
To determine of global weather, cloud activity is very important. We installed the microwave cloud radar "SPIDER" on the side pod of G-II and observed 3-D distribution of the cloud from the stratosphere.

BIBLE Project
For researching ultraviolet light absorption and greenhouse effect of the air and study of distribution or trajectory of the air chemistry such as nitrogen oxide as the effect of the bush-fire and lightning to earth atmosphere, DAS provide aircraft operation for direct analysis and sampling.
We modified our G-II by installing the wing tip pylon and aerosol sampling port or many sensor.

TIIS Project
TIIS-2 is the greenhouse effect gas CO2 sensor that was modified from the one installed Satellite "MIDORI".
We installed TIIS-2 in the belly pod of G-II and observed the earth warming condition from the air in Japan.
Unfortunately experiment was interrupted caused by terminating the Satellite "MIDORI" operation 10 month after launching.
SAR Project
3 dimensional X/L band PI SAR (Parametric Interpherometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) system was developed by National institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) . We install this system to our G-II and targeting to earth atmosphere observation and acquiring the disaster data. The data collection and the image of fault line, vegetation, oil shipping disaster by NAHOTOKA, sea ice at Okhotsk area and volcanic eruption of Mt. Usu were successfully completed.
